How long does a sofa take to dry after cleaning?
Most sofas and mattresses are dry within four to six hours, faster with the windows open. Hot-water extraction leaves the upholstery damp rather than soaked, so you can use the furniture the same evening.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use certified, low-odour products and rinse them back out by extraction, so no sticky residue stays in the fabric. The room is usable again as soon as the surface is dry.
Do I need to move the sofa out of the flat?
No. We clean upholstery in place and only need about a metre of clear space around the item. Floors are protected, and we bring our own water, hoses and power leads. Rugs can be collected and returned if you prefer.
Do you cover the Asian side of Istanbul?
Yes, we cover both sides of the city, from Bakirkoy to Kartal and up to Sariyer. Travel within Istanbul is included; only trips well outside the city are quoted separately.
Why are the prices shown as "from"?
Because a two-seater in cotton and a corner couch in velvet are not the same job. The starting figure in Turkish lira covers standard soiling, and the exact price is set once we have seen the item.
Can you come at the weekend?
Yes, we work every day, Saturday and Sunday included, and can start early in the morning or in the evening if that fits your household, office or hotel better.
What if a stain does not come out?
We tell you honestly beforehand which marks may be permanent. If a stain we treated comes back, we return and re-treat it at no extra cost under our quality guarantee.
How quickly can you come out?
Usually the same day if you contact us in the morning, otherwise the next day at a time you choose. Urgent call-outs are possible, subject to the team's schedule.
